According to the BBC, Leonardo DiCaprio is to produce a film about the Volkswagen emissions scandal. . . . . . . . . No kidding!
It is set to be a gripping tale of how Volkswagen tinkered with their software to bypass California's ridiculously impractical and stringent emissions test. It will delve into the fascinating topics of vehicle recalls and dramatize the evil of how their cars are still being driven, despite the fact that they are harmless and haven’t caused injury or death to anybody.
Tim Blair is seeking to assist Leonardo in his endeavour by compiling some suggestions from his blog's loyal readers.
